The Stitchery Journal Anniversary Kit: Stitch Sampler

This Anniversary kit was launched to celebrate the first year for The Stitchery with numbers of the kit limited due to the use of vintage linen. The Limited Edition is now sold out but due to demand there has been a release of the kit on new linen.

The kit contains an A4-sized stitch sampler that is used for Stitchery Masterclasses. Displayed in a grid format, with each box separated by running stitch, the sampler includes all of the stitches we have used at The Stitchery this year: French knots, bullion knots, seed stitch, buttonhole stitch and split stitch to name just a few. There is space at the bottom of the grid for the stitcher to put their initials and date.

The sampler is self-explanatory as to which stitches go where but the kit includes 5 full skeins of DMC embroidery thread (you can select a colour palette at checkout) and an A6 booklet with detailed instructions on how to complete each stitch together with a few of Nicki’s favourite embroidery tips.

Colour Palettes:

Whites: a selection of five white, ivory, ecru and light beige toning threads for a neutral, white on white sampler.

Rosy Pinks: Three pretty muted pale pinks for flowers and roses with two muted greens for stems and stalks.

Muted Greens: Five toning green threads in a muted colour palette for a fresh and contemporary finish.

The kit is presented in a beautiful special edition folder illustrated by Kate Nicole of Oyster Bridge & Co
